Studio Booking, Cancellation and Conduct Policies

DRAFT — must be reviewed by the studio's attorney before launch.

Booking. Sessions are paid in full at booking. Your time is reserved once payment clears.

Cancellation. Cancel at least 48 hours before your start time for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.

Rescheduling. You can move a session once, at least 48 hours ahead, to any open time.

Late arrival. Sessions end at the booked time even if you arrive late.

Conduct. No smoking or vaping inside. Guests are limited to the number booked. You're responsible for damage caused by you or your guests.

Files. Session files are kept for 90 days. Download them before then.
